ADMIN AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

FUNCTION AND TASKS:

Administrative work:

  • Performing clerical work, filing, maintaining, printing and photocopying documents.
  • Providing management of JVC’s seal in compliance with the regulation.
  • Arranging for organizing all BOM, BOD meetings, guests reception.
  • Performing the medical work, health care for all JVC’s staff.
  • Making purchases of all the equipment, tools, office stationery to serve the JVC’s business operations.
  • Providing management of JVC’s material assets (tools, working equipment, cars).
  • Making arrangement of car and driver for JVC’s business trips.
  • Providing management of security tasks for the Building.
  • Providing management of sanitary tasks inside and outside the Building, insect control inside the Building.
  • Providing management of the reception work of the Building.
  • Providing management of motorbike and car parking in the basements and around the Building.

The Personnel work:

  • Performing the tasks for JVC’s cadre and staff organization.
  • Giving advices, recommendations to Board of Directors on managing the staff’s obeying internal and working rules; on rewarding and discipline over the staff.
  • Providing management of human resource records, salary, allowances of the staff and other issues related to remuneration policy for JVC’s staff.
  • Providing management and keeping records of annual leave, maternity leave, sick leave, personal leave…of the staff.
  • Giving advices to Board of Directors on staff recruitment and training.
  • Giving advices to Board of Directors on establishing working, professional groups in order to perform well the JVC’s tasks.
  • Preparing decisions on personnel, oversea business trip for JVC’s staff.
  • Providing administrative management of the secretary work for BOM, BOD.
